Experience: Seneca Pediatrics is a rural-care primary care clinic that sees patients from birth until the completion of post-secondary education. During this clinical rotation, well-child checks and same-day sick day visits were performed. In-depth knowledge of pediatric health assessment, diagnostics, and treatment plans was gained.

PRISMA School-Based Health Clinic (31.5 Hours)

Experience: The School-Based Health Clinic is a specialty clinic that is grant-funded to provide health-care access to Title 1 schools for the Greenville County School District. The clinic rotates to different middle school and high school sites. During this clinical, sports physicals and mental health exams were most commonly performed.

Experience: Redfern Health Center provides medical services for students and staff at Clemson University. The average age of patients was between 18 and 22 years, and the majority of visits were for episodic illnesses. Redfern has an in-house laboratory, radiology department, and pharmacy for collaborative care.
